News from DRC in Gitanda groupment, Kibirizi location in North Kivu says that FDLR Rebels have Coronavirus.
Bwito civil society autorities told Rwandatribune.com, that the Spoke person of FDLR Cure Ngoma arrives at Tongo health center on 29 March, and he was very sick but because DRC have put mesures, the health center refuses to receive him and he went back where he came from at Kibirizi.
The spoke person of the civil society in this region Mr Kaoze Kabongo says that they are scared that Corona Virus can be propagated to the populations because these rebels don’t have any protection against Covid 19.
Some populations tells our Reporter based in Kiwanja that Cure Ngoma bring this virus from the travel in Uganda in Masaka with Capt Nshimiyimana Cassien known as Gavana of RUD URUNANA, where they were going to meet with the heads of RNC Uganda. During this travel, Cure Ngoma was with the vice president of FDLR /FOCA Gen.BGD Niyo Tedeum.
In the pess conference whith Medias the North Kivu governor Mr Carly Nzanzu call all rebels specially Mai Mai to put down the guns and come for COVID 19 prevention measures set by the government.
Carly said that North Kivu can’t trust that it is protected from Covid19 while rebels like FDLR ,RUD URUNANA and MaiMai still come to the villages for refueling and meet citizens.
Cure Ngoma become the spokesperson replacing Ignace Nkaka known as Bazeyi Fils who was arrested in December 2018, where he was coming from Uganda to meet with the heads of RNC and the authority of Uganda CMI.
Cure Ngoma was appointed as FDLR spokesperson in February 2019.
