A meeting that will unite those who oppose the Government of Rwanda with the President of the Democratic Republic of Congo, Félix Tshisekedi, scheduled to be held in the city of Kinshasa on the 3 July 2023, to prepare a malicious plan to invade Rwanda.
It is a meeting that will unite different groups that oppose to government of Rwanda where some of them such as RBB , are being supported by President Felix Tshisekedi while another called PRCG consisting of CNRD, FLN, RNC, PDM are supported by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense Jean Pierre Bemba.
This meeting, will also be attended by a Plate-form called “All for Rwanda” consists of FDLR, FDU Inkingi and Jambo ASBL . this Plate-form is led by
Faustin Murego.
This meeting, is expected to take place on July 3, 2023, where all these groups will meet in the city of Kinshasa with President Felix Tshisekedi ,to improve their plan against Rwanda and examine all they needs and where they will get them to achieve their goal.
Those who will attend this conference, will be well protected because the management for their Security have been prepared in a special way.
So far, the hotels where they will stay and the cars that will take them to the meeting place have been already arranged .
The government of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, continue to show signs that it is preparing for war by looking for powerful military weapons, including aircraft from different countries such as Russia, China and others.
Not only this, because the DRC also sought various mercenaries to help FARDC in the war against M23, including those from Romania, Russia and elsewhere.
The DRC has also often shown that it cannot hold talks with the M23 rebel group, that instead this country should confront Rwanda which they accuse of supporting this rebel group.
It is in this regard that the Government of DR Congo, is working closely with negative groups to disturb the security of Rwanda .
Most t of these rebel Groups such as FDLR, RUD-URUNANA, FLN… have bases in DR Congo where they have been preparing plans to disrupt the security of Rwanda with the help of DRC Government by giving them weapons and ammunition in order to prepare attack against Rwanda.
