The Chieftaincy Military Intelligence( CMI) released two RUD-Urunana top Officials .
These are Col Jean Marie Vianney Ntabanganyimana the Coordinator of RUD-URUNANA in Uganda ,alongside Sebahire Emmanuel in Charge of Recruitment who had been arrested by Ugandan National Police.
According to the information reaching our news Desk , the two Rud Urunana terrorists have been released by Ugandan National Police on CMI order.
The release of these two RUD URUNANA top Officials indicates that Ugandan Regime is still committed to support Anti- Rwandan Terrorist .
Recall, that the Former Ugandan Minister of state in charge of Regional Affairs Filemon Mateke acting on Museveni’sorder, was involved in the attack that RUD-URUNANA militia , launched against civilians in October 2019 in Kinigi Sector , Musanze District claiming lives of 14 innocent residents.
Some of the defendants who were captured during the attacks including Kabayija Seleman the Deputy Commander of RUD-Urunana’s Perpetrators of the terror attack in Kinigi, exposed Ugandan regime’s involvement in act to cause instability in Rwanda.
He gave Testimonies to the Military Prosecution that some of Ugandan Officials involved in the creation of RUD-URUNANA and in the preparation of attack on Rwanda.
“Our Attack was done with the planning and assistance of Minister Philemon Mateke” Said Kabayija.
Ugandan Regime has for long been the main sponsor of Anti-Rwanda Terrorist Groups such as RNC, RUD-URUNANA with target of waging war against Rwanda ,to destabilize its Security and overthrow its elected leadership.
