Cassien Ntamuhanga, a Rwandan journalist and convict who escaped International Mpanga prison in October 2017 has met officially Rwanda’s dissent in Uganda’s Capital city, Kampala in a meeting meant to establish ways to destabilize Rwanda’s sovereignty
Our sources have recently seen Ntamuhanga in Kampala tightly guarded by notorious Chieftaincy of Military Intelligence (CMI), we have reported.
The CMI has then assisted Ntamuhanga to meet Cpt Cassien Nshimiyimana and Frank Ntwali – a brother in law to Kayumba Nyamwasa in a gathering that took place in Kampala’s Serena Hotel on Monday, September 2nd 201 9 at around 1:00pm, according to reliable sources.
On the invitees list was also Frank Ruhinda – a brother in law to late Karegeya, the brain behind notorious Rwanda National Congress (RNC).
During the trio’s meeting, they agreed on plans to toughen RNC’s activities mean to tarnish Rwanda’s image by particularly jeopardizing security, instigating public insurrection, conspiracy against the established government and obliteration of public infrastructure among other.
The gathering was also attended by some CMI operatives.
Ntamuhanga was in 2015 sentenced to 25 years after he was found guilty of multiple crimes, including formation of a criminal gang, conspiracy against the established government, using wick to obliterate public infrastructure and complicity in a terrorist act.
He previously served as a journalist at a local radio station.
