DRC:The Burundian army has been accused by M23 of interfering in the war

In a statement released by the M23 rebel group, they accused the Burundian army  which is part of  the East African Community’s mission in Eastern DRC, to interfere in the war in which this group is fighting with the  government forces(FARDC) in collaboration with Armed groups such as FDLR,Nyatura and Mai Mai.

 These accusations ,come after a fierce battle between the M23  rebels and the government forces in conjunction with the rebels group Known as Wazalendo.

 In this announcement, M23 accused the Burundian army of joining the Congolese army in the fighting that is going on   Masisi teritory as well as participating in the crimes that are being committed against the Tutsi .

It is a statement issued by M23, after a few hours a video posted by Wazalendo on various social media,   , showing these armed group supported by the state forces, burning Tutsi’s houses in Nturo area,in Masisi toritory .
