M23 and the Ruthsuru people made a strong agreement

The M23 rebel group ,held talks with the residents of Kiwanja Rutshuru Territory, the talks were led by Beltrand Bisimwa, the President of ARC/M23, together with Maj Will Ngoma, the military spokesman of this group.

It was a discussion that took place on September 18, 2023, where the residents of the Kiwanja area asked M23 not to abandon them but to continue the fight until it reaches Kinshasa.
