The spokesman of the M23 rebels, Maj Willy Ngoma, was seen in his military uniform, friendly with students who were on their way to school.This stundents, first come to greet him and even take pictures with him.
The spokesperson of the M23 rebel group ,said that this emphasizes how the people feel happier when they are with M23 than their counterparts FARDC .
In recent days, this spokesman and other soldiers from the M23 rebel group ,were seen giving aid to the homeless and to various hospitals in Rutshuru.
There are People who continue to say that these M23’s activities aimed at getting closer to the people, are very important in dealing with the enemy ,because it will make the people see them as better than Government forces and that these rebels, can win the war they are facing with the government forces.
