Non-governmental organization for the defense of the rights of the populations and the fight against poverty in Goma, ACOPA-ONGd has launched an investigation to the massacre committed in Rutshuru and Masisi territories by the Nyatura CMP/FDP rebels led by Rwandan Origin Habyarimana Mbitse known as Mulumba Jules.
In a written statement, the authorities of the DRC, the organization ACOPA-ONGD, announced that they wanted to denounce all the atrocities committed by this rebel and armed group led by Habyarimana aka Jules Mulumba, a Rwandan changed his identifications .
