He asked all leaders in general to prioritize the interests of the country before looking after themselves, even if everyone has the right  to improve his life.

“First of all, I don’t know why it should be repeated often, every day, every time, in those institutions to serve Rwandans and serve the country. You must first prioritize the interests of the country and Rwandans before prioritizing your own interests even though everyone has the right to improve his life” President Kagame added.

Dr. Jimmy Gasore, who was appointed as the Minister of Infrastructure, replaced Dr Nsabimana Ernest . he worked in various sectors such as being a researcher in the Rwanda Observatory Project and a teacher at the University of Rwanda.

He also launched a climate change monitoring agency in 2003 while Between 2017 and 2018, he led the project of the National Environment Agency (REMA), which aimed to control the state of air pollutants in Rwanda.
