Stress tugenekereje mu rurimi rw’ikinyarwanda twayita umuhangayiko cyangwa umujagararo, abantu bahura nayo haba mu kazi, mu bakozi no mu bakoresha, mu rugo, ku ishuri n’ahandi mu buzima butandukanye.
