Democratic Green Party of Rwanda’s Chairman, Dr Frank Habineza few days ago asked the Government of Rwanda to negotiate with the opposition leaders, including whom are considered as the terrorist group by Rwanda Government like FDLR, FLN and RNC.
In a direct interview with Voice of America, Dr. Frank Habineza and the President of the Democratic Green Party of Rwanda, said that it is time for Rwanda Governament to sit on Round table with the armed and unarmed Opposition Leaders.
Frank Habineza says that he and his party decided to establish a Rwandan Unity Agency that will carry out coordination work and strengthen the Unity among Rwandans.
When he was asked why he was late in expressing this request, he said that he had already mentioned it in the goals and objectives of his Party during the Campaign, and now he has another opportunity to request it based on the fact that his party is in the Parliament.
Political analysts say that this process of Dialogue requested by the MP Frank Habineza between Rwanda and militant groups including FLN, FDLR, RUD-Urunana and RNC, is like a dream because these groups led by those who fled Rwandan Justice. Some of them are Tutsi’s Genocide perpetrators while others are hunting down by Rwandan Justice for forming Terrorists groups in the aim of destabilizing country.
