The two young men from Minembwe were arrested by the Police officers in Bukavu and started to be questioned about their documents to chec if they are Tutsi.
they answered that they are Banyamulenge from Minembwe and immediately these Police officers started to rob them of what they had and they were beaten and told that Minembwe is in Congo and not in Rwanda.
These well-dressed men, were obviously on a journey and were immediately handcuffed by the police officers Falsely accused them of being Rwandan spies.
These Police Officers, argue with the young men telling them that they were tired of Rwanda and all the speakers of the Kinyarwanda language in DRC.
This violence continues to be perpetrated against the speakers of the Kinyarwanda language living in this country especially those in the eastern part of the DRC, continues to escalate.
The Congolese of the Tutsi tribe have raised the alarm that this country may be subjected to Genocide like the one that happened in Rwanda, while the international organizations do nothing to stop this violence.
This happened after the forces of the Democratic Republic of Congo attacked Rwanda in the morning of February 15, 2023 and started shooting at Rwandan Soldiers at the bolder of Rusizi.
The situation caused the Rwandan army to respond, which would make the fight end soon.
After the fighting, the spokesman of the South Kivu province issued a statement saying that their forces did not attack Rwanda , but that they were shooting at bandits in that area.
Until now, the DRC government seems to be supporting the Violence against the Tutsis in DRC, because it does not show the will to stop these acts of Violence.
