The Governor of the Western Province, Habitegeko François, has issued a statement condemning the allegations made by the Congolese Army, saying Rwanda’s commitments are baseless.
“We want to denounce these baseless allegations and affirm the fact that RDF has no role to play in the crackdown in the RDC.” Habitegeko said in Written statement.
